Qualifications and requirements

• Strong spoken and written English is required
• Clear and professional phone communication
• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
• Organized, responsible, and comfortable handling several tasks at once
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, headset, and quiet workspace
• Ability to work during California business hours (Pacific Time)
• Experience working with a U.S. service company is preferred
• Experience with CRM, scheduling software, Yelp, Thumbtack, or Google leads is a plus

Job functions

• Answer incoming calls, text messages, and customer inquiries in English
• Ask customers the right questions and collect job details, photos, and addresses
• Schedule appointments and coordinate electricians’ daily routes
• Follow up with new leads, estimates, and previous customers
• Confirm appointments and notify customers about schedule changes
• Update customer information, job notes, and appointment status
• Communicate with electricians throughout the workday
• Help turn incoming leads into booked appointments
• Request customer reviews and follow up after completed jobs
• Perform basic administrative and customer service tasks

Conditions

• 100% remote, full-time position
• Work schedule aligned with California Pacific Time
• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend availability

Desirable skills

• Sales and lead-conversion experience
• Dispatching or appointment-scheduling experience
• Experience with U.S. home-service companies
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling software
• Basic understanding of electrical, construction, or home-service terminology
• Experience with Yelp, Thumbtack, Google Local Services, or similar platforms
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Spanish is welcome, but excellent English is essential
