• Translate strategic discussions into actionable plans
• Manage priorities and execution across the team
• Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Facilitate communication in English and Spanish
• Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, and backlogs
• Prepare client-ready updates
• Spot risks before they become problems
• Use AI to automate repetitive work
• Own delivery — end to end

About the role

Force of Nature is an AI-native startup building exceptional products. We have deep product vision and technical talent — what we're missing is the connective tissue that turns that vision into shipped, coordinated work. That's this role. You'll be the execution partner between strategy, product, engineering, operations, and clients — creating clarity where others see ambiguity, and making sure important work actually gets finished, not just started. Location: Remote — Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, or Paraguay preferred. Strong candidates elsewhere will be considered. Type: Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week), with potential to grow into a long-term leadership role.
