Sr. Salesforce/Certina Administrator

Requirements:

We need someone with deep Salesforce expertise, strong change management and governance skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
• Certina Experience
• Expertise in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud ; CPQ and PSA experience is a plus.
• Strong Flow Builder knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certifications required.
• Experience integrating with external systems (e.g., Netsuite).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.

Responsibilities:

Applied Systems is seeking a proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform. You will gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage all aspects of org health and administration.

• Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Build Flow automation, custom fields, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, and custom settings.
• Collaborate with business users to deliver on the product roadmap.
• Perform DevOps and release management duties.
• Implement rules and automation to ensure data quality.
• Configure Salesforce security: users, licenses, roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, and sharing rules.
• Manage support escalations and technical documentation.
• Resolve tech debt, conduct regression testing, manage package upgrades.
• Identify underused features and maintain up-to-date certifications.
