Requirements

• Life & Health Insurance License preferred (assistance available if needed)
• Full-time availability Monday–Friday (Saturdays optional with bonuses)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace

We’re looking for people who can clearly explain insurance options, build trust with customers, and deliver excellent service from home. You should be comfortable working independently, managing inbound conversations, and staying consistent with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Job Overview

We are hiring fully remote Life & Health Insurance Agents for an inbound sales role. This position is 100% work-from-home (not hybrid). All leads are inbound and company-provided, so there is no cold calling or client prospecting required.

Agents assist customers with insurance options and enrollment. You will work with a steady flow of inbound opportunities across 35+ states, helping customers understand coverage and move forward with the enrollment process.

$85,000 – $95,000 per year
